Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic partner to department and/or service line leaders, aligning people practices with operational priorities to enhance team engagement, talent development, and organizational performance
Provide consultative guidance and data-driven insights to support workforce planning, change initiatives, and leadership effectiveness
Collaborate with leaders and HR Centers of Excellence to ensure consistent application of HR programs and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture
Influence leaders and apply HR expertise to drive results
Provide guidance on topics such as employee engagement, leadership development, compensation strategy, workforce planning, organizational structure/re-design and data driven insights
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
3 years of progressive experience in human resources or related professional experience
Foundational knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across levels
Analytical skills with the ability to use HR data to inform decisions and track progress
Consultative problem-solving approach with the ability to support leaders in addressing team and workforce needs
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs
Preferred
Experience in healthcare or other large, complex organizations
