Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential clients through inbound and outbound sales, converting leads into long-term partnerships
Work closely with our marketing team on lead generation campaigns
Follow up on inbound web leads generated from PPC and online marketing efforts
Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM, tracking sales activity and client interactions to support strategic decisions
Collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate pricing and service specifications to clients
Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring mutual benefit for both the company and clients
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets, with opportunities for career progression

Required

Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain strong business relationships
Experienced in transactional sales, including cold calling and self-generated leads using market tools
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a talent for identifying opportunities and closing deals effectively
Highly self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a collaborative sales team
IT proficient, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Passionate about business development, sales, and the environmental/water sector, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
