FINANCIAL AFFAIRS ASSOCIATE II
The University of Alabama at Birmingham is seeking a Financial Affairs Associate II to provide technical financial support for an assigned organization unit. The role involves reviewing requests for appropriateness, maintaining budgets, and assisting students and customers in Student Accounting.

Responsibilities
To provide technical financial support for an assigned organization unit
To review requests and determine appropriateness with regard to institutional requirements, proper authorization, and conformance with established regulations
To assist with the maintenance and reconciliation of budgets and accounts, review requisitions, and order equipment and supplies
To collect financial information and provide reports and analyses as needed
This positions assists students and customers in Student Accounting
Successful candidates will have excellent customer service skills
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree
two (2) years of experience
