Human Resources Program Coordinator

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end administrative operations, including scheduling, session coordination, debrief logistics, and inbox management
Coordinate participant requirements and ensure a seamless program experience
Support daily program execution and stakeholder coordination
Maintain program documentation, templates, and communication standards
Manage and update SharePoint and intranet content
Support the creation and refinement of SOPs and knowledge management resources
Draft and distribute program communications, updates, and recognition content
Support internal storytelling efforts to increase program visibility and engagement
Track attendance, survey results, qualitative insights, and program metrics
Maintain data in Excel and support basic Power BI reporting
Provide insights to support reporting, leadership updates, and operational decision-making
Support vendor coordination and routine reporting processes
Assist with basic budget tracking
Identify and implement process improvements to optimize workflows and efficiency

Required

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, HR, or a related field
3+ years of experience in Program Coordination
3+ years of experience in Operations or Administrative Support
3+ years of experience in Communications or Business Operations
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including: Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, Teams

Preferred

Experience supporting leadership development or employee experience programs
Background working on enterprise-wide initiatives
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with internal communications or corporate storytelling best practices
