Responsibilities
Review all submitted loan documentation and invoices for completeness and accuracy
Request and collect missing data or documents when needed
Balance fees and final numbers with settlement agents
Prepare and coordinate all final loan documents required for closing
Ensure all closing documents are accurate and submitted within required timelines
Update the LOS to reflect final loan terms, fees, and status
Distribute closing documents to borrowers, loan officers, escrow, and title companies
Ensure compliance with company policies, TRID requirements, and investor guidelines
Collaborate with the Wire Department to support an on-time and accurate funding
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of mortgage closing or funding experience
Strong understanding of TRID and general mortgage compliance guidelines
Proven ability to manage a high-volume pipeline in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Clear and professional communication with internal and external partners
Self-motivated, proactive, and dependable
Preferred
Experience with ENCOMPASS LOS
