Sr Solution Consultant
PreSales Collective is a Fortune 500 company and a leading AI platform for managing people, money, and agents. They are seeking a Sr Solution Consultant with Human Capital Management experience to serve as a trusted advisor to executives at financial institutions, driving both new pursuits and customer base upsells while collaborating with various teams to enhance business outcomes.

Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to executives at financial institutions
Act as trusted advisors throughout the entire lifecycle—from Net New pursuits to high-value Customer Base upsells
Deliver value-based executive presentations and tailored product demonstrations that solve unique business challenges
Work closely with Account Executives and peer Solution Consultants to support a combination of fast-moving, efficient opportunities as well as large, strategic deals that require deep investment
Spot opportunities to better support customers, uplevel peers, and operate with efficiency and purpose
Participate in various projects, initiatives, and cross-functional teams to achieve team goals of driving increased revenue for Workday and sustainable business outcomes for customers by leveraging Workday technology
Qualification
Required
5+ years of extensive Human Capital Management domain expertise
5+ years experience in Presales Solution Consulting, Sales, or Implementation role
3+ years of business experience with relevant cloud-based human capital management & workforce management applications and strong understanding of the mid-market space (e.g. UKG, Dayforce, ADP, Rippling etc.)
Ability to command a room at the C-Suite level and influence complex decision-making processes through presentations (both in-person and remote)
Expert-level discovery skills with the ability to translate technical requirements into a compelling vision for digital transformation and the business impact
A self-starter who thrives in ambiguous, high-stakes, fast-paced environments and can manage multiple concurrent projects with precision and accountability
Comfortable with high-velocity and magnitude of change. Leans into change as a growth opportunity and embraces a continuous improvement mindset. (Always looking to improve your craft!)
Generates unique ideas or approaches to improve the work with a willingness to innovate and take calculated risks
Ability to travel up to 50% as required
