Responsibilities
Support office services operations; maintain smooth day-to-day office functions by coordinating with facilities, vendors, and internal teams
Set up and maintain conference rooms; arrange furniture, check equipment, and replenish supplies before scheduled meetings
Lift, push, and pull boxes and carts; handle/lift loads of up to 50 lbs or more as part of regular duties
Manage incoming and outgoing mail; distribute packages and coordinate shipments
Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, document preparation, supply inventory, and other ad hoc tasks
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years of experience working in an office environment
GED or High School Diploma
Basic computer functions
Microsoft Suite
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Highly organized
