Responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent, with a minimum of 15 years of industry experience
At least 10 years' experience working with Salesforce platforms, including a minimum of 5 years in large project execution
8+ Years working in the Salesforce ecosystem, preferably in the Salesforce partner ecosystem
5+ years of Agile (or Agile/Waterfall Hybrid) experience as a project or program leader
8+ years of experience working for a professional services or consulting firm delivering projects to external customers
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred, or equivalent experience in a principal/enterprise architect role
Salesforce certifications such as Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant and Architecture related certifications are strongly preferred
Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Data Modeling, Security Models, and Identity management
Work on identifying opportunities from Salesforce ecosystem and convert in salesforce engagement
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce’s capabilities and integration capabilities
Strong leadership skills, with proven experience leading and managing a team
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
