Territory Manager
Business Experts is a company focused on growth through its people, and they are seeking a Business Sales Representative to connect with local business clients. In this role, you will help clients find communication solutions, support the sales process, and receive mentorship to build your sales skills.
Responsibilities
Connect with local business clients to understand their needs and recommend the right solutions
Learn and support the sales process from first conversation through closing, with guidance from your team
Talk through business products in a clear, helpful way that focuses on solving client challenges
Take part in daily coaching and hands-on training to build your sales skills and confidence
Use simple CRM tools to stay organized and track your progress
Work closely with a supportive, high-energy team to learn, improve, and celebrate wins together
Qualification
Required
A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships
Motivated by goals, growth, and performance-based rewards
Comfortable reaching out to new prospects and driving conversations
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn CRM and sales tools
1–4 years of experience in sales, customer service, or retail
Preferred
Post-secondary education is an asset
