Build relationships with clients
Analyze large case files to identify legal claims
Direct and participate in investigation
Work with experts
Develop litigation strategies
Motions practice and pleadings
Conduct evidentiary hearings
Conduct jury trials
Engage in robust sentencing advocacy and mitigation development
Qualification
Required
Prior criminal defense experience is required
Applicants must be United States citizens, or persons authorized to work in the United States
Appointment to the position is provisional pending the successful completion of a background check
