Responsibilities
Oversee the maintenance, repair, and safe operation of all physical facilities, including building systems, mechanical systems, and electrical infrastructure, ensuring seamless resort functionality
Manage a team of technicians
Schedule preventive maintenance
Respond to maintenance issues
Coordinate renovations or upgrades as required
Collaborate with other departments to support optimal guest experiences
Qualification
Required
Strong technical expertise in HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and general building maintenance
Proficiency in preventative maintenance planning, troubleshooting, and equipment repair
Leadership abilities including team management, experience in coordinating personnel, and maintaining team performance
Knowledge of safety protocols, compliance standards, and operational procedures
Effective problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant technical field preferred
Prior experience in hospitality settings is a plus
