Responsibilities
Coordinate, execute, and finalize the Actual, Quarterly, and Annual financial reporting processes
Conduct monthly/quarterly plant reviews with operational teams and present findings to senior leadership
Identify and implement financial performance enhancements across all operational areas, including material spend, labor, overhead, and working capital
Analyze all plant variances, including labor efficiency, Work Order Variances, Purchase Price Variances (PPV), and subcontracting activities, providing actionable insights
Offer financial support and analysis for capital investment projects, capacity expansions, automation initiatives, and make/buy decisions
Lead and manage the Financial Team with a strong focus on Talent Development
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline required
5+ years of finance experience, particularly in a manufacturing or plant environment
Ability to work cross functionally and be a key member of the plant leadership team
Strong knowledge of standard costing, variance analysis, cost accounting, and reporting, alongside strong financial analysis and forecasting modeling experience
Familiarity with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
Preferred
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence principles
Understanding of manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain functions
Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP, as well as advanced proficiency in Excel and BI tools
