Resolve ACAT fails timely through contact with contra firms and by coordinating the accurate transfer of assets
Identify patterns and problems in the work and search for solutions to these issues

Qualification
Required
One or more years of industry related experience in either a brokerage firm, clearing firm or mutual fund company
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) to engage with contra firms, mutual fund families and internal business partners
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Analytical skills and the initiative to tackle complex problems
Ability to work both independently and within a dynamic team
Preferred
College degree preferred
Relevant experience in back-office operations of mutual funds preferred
