Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the Recruiting team for all non-Executive (sub-Director) roles; oversee the final review and approval of all candidate offers
Facilitate 'People Day' preparations and lead long-term succession planning initiatives to ensure a robust leadership pipeline
Own and manage the CDO internship project, ensuring a high-quality experience for emerging talent
Lead and resolve complex employee relations investigations, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies
Serve as the primary point of contact for general HR intakes, providing guidance and conflict resolution
Manage the potential rollout and implementation of the Canadian job ladder/compensation framework
Partner with the L&D team to ensure all corporate trainings are communicated, scheduled, and executed effectively
Provide 'Hypercare' support and lead Aspire training sessions for end-users
Act as the dedicated HRBP for the Ops Procurement division, aligning HR strategies with their specific business goals
Manage the scheduling and coordination of HR Ops & Development meetings to maintain departmental alignment
Identify opportunities to streamline HR workflows and enhance the employee lifecycle
Qualification
Required
5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced or corporate environment
BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong foundational knowledge of employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from administrative coordination to high-level strategic planning
