Responsibilities
Guide lab workflow including delegation and scheduling of test equipment using Smartsheet
Act as subject matter expert based on prior or current hands on technical experience
Lead weekly workload planning meetings and participate in bi weekly leadership meetings
Communicate with client contacts to gather testing requirements and success criteria
Coordinate with clients to clarify requests and discuss results or observations
Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting; communicate findings to engineers and team members
Collaborate with team members to summarize and document test results using GDP standards
Support study planning, execution of experiments, and data analysis
Operate effectively under pressure while meeting deadlines in dynamic environments
Lead presentations showcasing lab capabilities during customer, surgeon, or marketing tours
Qualification
Required
Smartsheet work management and scheduling
Lab workflow and resource coordination
Advanced analytical and root cause analysis skills
Technical expertise as hands on lab SME
Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong leadership and delegation abilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
High attention to detail with strong organizational capability
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under pressure
Customer focused mindset
