Responsibilities
Take direction and complete all tasks as assigned by the Bid Supervisor
Distribute Invitations to Bid (ITB) and other project-related information to subcontractors and vendors
Make calls and send email to subcontractors and vendors on projects out for bid
Create and maintain an accurate call log for projects bidding and provide daily updates to the Bid Supervisor
Collaborate with the ACI Insurance Administrator to obtain subcontractor COI and insurance documentation
Assist estimators and the preconstruction team as needed
Understand and follow company policy, processes, and procedures
Distribute bid invitations, track subcontractor responses, and maintain accurate records of communications
Collaborate with estimators, project managers, and preconstruction teams to gather required documentation and scope information
Maintain and organize bid folders, drawings, addenda, and vendor contact lists
Monitor and update bid portals for all projects
Support continuous improvement of bid coordination systems and processes
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Commercial construction background desired
High School Diploma required
Must be organized & pay acute attention to detail
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Strong decision-making skills with the ability to analyze a situation and make a logical conclusion
Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite, with an emphasis in Excel
Intermediate skill level with technology and computer systems
Possess the ability to promote and contribute to a productive working team environment
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required

Preferred
Associate-degree or equivalence in experience preferred
Experience with Bluebeam is a plus
