This role involves leading full-cycle recruiting processes, supporting employee onboarding, and contributing to talent management initiatives.

Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across various departments, including technical recruiting and executive search
Develop and implement sourcing strategies
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit
Manage relationships with candidates through cold calling, relationship management, and effective communication skills
Coordinate employee orientation programs and assist in onboarding new hires efficiently
Maintain accurate records within applicant tracking systems (ATS) while ensuring compliance with employment laws
Support internal recruiting initiatives such as campus recruitment, succession planning, and employee evaluation processes
Assist HR Manager in daily activities and meet Metrics/KPIs
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in HR sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition roles with a focus on technical recruiting and executive search
Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication skills for engaging candidates and hiring managers alike
Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, Paychex, ADP, Kronos, UltiPro, or PeopleSoft; experience with ATS tools like Lever or Taleo is highly desirable
Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process
Ability to research market trends and generate leads for talent acquisition efforts
Experience in employee orientation programs and contracts management
Demonstrated ability in relationship management, social media management for recruitment campaigns, and training & development initiatives
Bachelor's degree
Effective communication skills
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
