Responsibilities
Own partnership strategy end to end: Identify, negotiate, and execute formal partnerships with retirement plan recordkeepers, wealth and retirement technology platforms, asset managers, and annuity providers
Drive partner enablement and revenue: Work closely with partner product, distribution, and leadership teams to ensure the platform is positioned to support their core business goals, including asset retention, rollover capture, and in-plan product adoption
Translate between business and technology: Serve as the bridge between internal technical teams and partner product organizations, assessing integration feasibility across recordkeeping systems, data feeds, and APIs
Build and manage a revenue-producing channel: Maintain pipeline visibility, forecast partner-driven revenue, and expand footprint within existing relationships
Operate as a true hunter: Leverage an existing industry network to open doors, advance conversations, and move partnerships from handshake to production
Qualification
Required
7+ years in the retirement, wealth management, or asset management ecosystem, with at least 3 years focused on strategic partnerships, institutional sales, or alliances
Established, active relationships with decision-makers at major retirement plan recordkeepers, asset managers, and annuity providers
Demonstrated success enabling partners and aligning solutions to their revenue models, whether AUM-based, SaaS, or product-driven
Comfortable discussing WealthTech architectures, integrations, APIs, and data security within financial services
Ability to present complex, quantitative value propositions to senior business and product leaders
Comfortable operating in a high-activity environment, including outbound engagement and industry travel
