Lead onboarding and implementation for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition from sale to service
Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and serve as a strategic advisor
Monitor client health metrics and proactively identify risks and growth opportunities
Partner with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and improve the customer experience
Drive renewals and support upsell and cross-sell initiatives
Advocate for customer needs in product planning and internal strategy
Qualification
Required
3โ5+ years of experience in client services, account management, or customer success roles
Proven ability to build strong partnerships and drive retention
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Client-first mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
