Client Services Manager

Streamline is transforming automotive finance by connecting lenders and dealers through enterprise technology. The Client Services Manager will lead onboarding and activation for clients, manage key relationships, and drive retention and expansion opportunities.

Responsibilities

Lead onboarding and implementation for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition from sale to service
Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and serve as a strategic advisor
Monitor client health metrics and proactively identify risks and growth opportunities
Partner with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and improve the customer experience
Drive renewals and support upsell and cross-sell initiatives
Advocate for customer needs in product planning and internal strategy
