Responsibilities

Own and prioritize the product backlog to align with business goals

Translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria

Facilitate Agile processes, including sprint planning and daily standups

Serve as the main point of contact between stakeholders, developers, and QA

Track product performance and suggest improvements for future releases

Required

Experience managing product backlogs and working in Agile/Scrum environments

Skilled in gathering feedback, making decisions, and adjusting priorities

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is required

Preferred

Agile or Scrum certification (CSPO or similar)

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and enterprise software

Familiarity with UX/UI principles and design collaboration
