Responsibilities
Supporting the purchasing department
Design and analyze reports based on the collection of data related to the sourcing, contracting, management and performance of suppliers and vendors
Liaising between internal departments, vendor suppliers
Comparing product samples, spend data, and preparing on demand and scheduled reports
Contributing to creating a reliable and flexible supplier network with an overall lower cost structure and improved efficiency supported by data analysis and executed through contract negotiations
Qualification
Required
College degree required
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Supply Chain or related field preferred
Two years of experience in some phase of purchasing is preferred
College graduates will be considered
