Responsibilities
Rotate through different departments (Guest Services, Housekeeping, F&B, etc.) to understand each department’s role in hotel operations
Assist with daily tasks and special projects to support departmental goals
Shadow team members and attend meetings to gain insights into hotel management
Help improve operational processes and services based on observations and feedback
Provide guest assistance as needed and ensure excellent customer service
Assist department heads with assigned functions and tasks, learning systems, tools, and software
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a hospitality management or related degree program (minimum GPA of 3.0)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required
