Responsibilities
Implement Dataverse tables and relationships per provided build sheet
Build 5 Power Apps (Funding, Invoices, Personnel, Travel, GFP) with:
Validation rules
Role-based access / security
Clean UX for operational users
Configure Power Automate flows (FA-01 to FA-08) supporting intake → approvals → notifications → status updates
Configure Asana :
Portfolios, projects, custom fields
Intake forms and triage workflows
Integrations/links to reporting artifacts
Build Power BI semantic model and publish two BI Apps :
COR Executive
Internal PMO
Including RLS , strong data modeling, and maintainable measures
Set up SharePoint libraries with appropriate metadata, versioning, retention/records alignment
Produce SOPs and run user training (handoff-ready)
Qualification
Required
2+ years building Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-driven) and Power Automate in enterprise environments
2+ years Power BI data modeling experience (DAX, RLS, incremental refresh) and publishing Apps
Demonstrated Asana admin experience (portfolios, custom fields, forms, integrations)
Hands-on with Dataverse (tables, lookups, security roles) and SharePoint (sites, libraries, metadata)
Security-minded build practices: MFA, least privilege, auditability, clean access control patterns
Strong documentation and stakeholder training ability (clear SOPs, structured enablement)
Preferred
Experience with GovCon reporting (CLIN/SLIN, CDRLs, COR reporting)
Familiarity with Microsoft tenant constraints, including cross-tenant sharing limits
Experience with GFP custody tracking, JTR travel workflows, or DoD records controls
