Responsibilities
Social Media Leadership: Manage and grow all social channels (Instagram, TikTok, etc.), developing a distinct brand voice and maintaining a consistent posting cadence
Content Creation: Lead the end-to-end creative process, from conceptualizing content pillars to capturing and editing high-quality photo/video assets
Graphic Design: Design digital assets, marketing materials, and advertisements using Photoshop and the Adobe Creative Suite, ensuring all visuals align with current fashion trends
Paid Media & SEO: Execute and optimize ad campaigns across META and Google Ads; implement SEO best practices to drive traffic and conversion
Strategy & Analysis: Monitor industry trends and platform updates to keep the brand ahead of the curve. Track KPIs and report on the effectiveness of digital initiatives
Qualification
Required
A deep understanding of the fashion industry, including current aesthetics, trends, and consumer behavior
Mastery of Adobe Photoshop and Graphic Design principles
High 'tech-fluency' regarding new apps and platform features
Proven experience managing and scaling Google Ads and META Ads Manager
A strong portfolio showcasing professional graphic design work and successful social media campaigns (must include video/Reels/TikTok examples)
Excellent writing skills for captions, ad copy, and brand storytelling
