Responsibilities
Create procedures, checklists, and flowcharts
Create training material
Extract online data from online web-based software and websites
Upload and download project files using online web-based software packages
Organize computer files in the project directory using Windows File Explorer
Create and work with PDFs (searching, extracting, amending, etc.)
Perform web searches
Attend online conferences using MS Teams, Zoom, etc
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams)
Experience with other popular computer software (Adobe/Bluebeam/PDF, web browsers, file explorer, etc.)
Familiarity working with online collaborative software (online databases such as Procore, SharePoint, etc.)
Familiarity with construction drawings and specifications
Strong office computer skills
Ability to work online and search websites
Preferred
Familiarity with drawings and specifications
Familiarity utilizing AI chats (CoPilot, Gemini, etc.) to search documents, websites, etc. and generate summaries, reports, checklists, etc
