Responsibilities
Prepare and manage client billings using AIA G702/G703
Manage purchase orders and subcontractor requisitions
Review and process change orders and RFAs
Track and calculate retainage per contract terms and schedule timely releases
Request, review, and process subcontractor invoices
Ensure COIs are compliant and up to date
Prepare and issue monthly requisitions
Coordinate timely payments to subcontractors upon client receipt
Verify insurance and contract requirements
Maintain accurate project cost data in Sage 300
Collaborate closely with project managers and operations
Qualification
Required
3+ years of construction accounting experience
Sage 300 / Timberline experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
