Responsibilities
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that clearly illustrate product functionality and visual design
Organize and conduct usability testing sessions, gathering valuable feedback to improve design iterations
Design aesthetically pleasing and intuitive interfaces that facilitate excellent user experiences
Ensure all designs maintain consistency with established brand guidelines and design systems
Create and manage comprehensive design assets including icons, buttons, and other UI components
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions
Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve system interfaces
Document design specifications and maintain design system libraries
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
6-10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with UX/UI design focus
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
Experience with usability testing and user research techniques
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for design implementation
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Preferred
Experience with enterprise software systems
