Technical Recruiter/HR Recruiter

Responsibilities
Screening resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, utilizing the applicant tracking system and referring qualified applicants to the appropriate hiring manager
Works closely with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the hiring needs for each position and meets competitive hiring goals and expectations
Proactively seeks feedback from hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and implementation
Facilitates the offer and on-boarding process for new hires, including creating offer letters, reviewing background check results, and conducting reference checks
Proposes appropriate salary recommendations based on applicants' experience and other internal equity considerations
Ensures recruitment efforts are in compliance with EEO and OFCCP federal regulations
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of federal, state and local labor and regulatory requirements
Knowledge of relevant firm computer software programs (e.g., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to learn new software and operating systems
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of three years of related Human Resources experience, including full cycle recruitment
