Responsibilities
Coordinating of the Resorts fleet of vehicles, typing correspondence and reports, which includes composition of letters and memos
Opens and examines incoming correspondence, re-routing mail when appropriate. They will handle telephone calls for the executive offices and ensure proper and correct communication between executive office and other staff
They will support the Rooms Division managers and team as needed
We are seeking candidates with excellent personal presentation, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to multitask with attention to detail. The ideal candidate will bring a warm, welcoming smile, a positive attitude, and a strong knowledge of the local area

Qualification
Required
Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
Must have a valid Driver's License
Ability to push up to 50lbs
Weekend and Holiday availability required
