Responsibilities
Analyzing and improving organizational processes
Conducting technical research and analysis
Writing responses for government-provided high-priority data calls to create representations/characterizations of strategy alignment, resource allocations, discrepancies, gaps, and organizational accomplishments
Conducting thorough reviews and detailed assessments of systems engineering documentation
Defining, reviewing, proposing and developing process improvements
Overseeing and guiding creation, modification, and implementation of process governance and required systems engineering documentation and artifacts
Reporting results to leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or education from an accredited school or university is required. Four years of additional experience may be substituted for a Bachelors' Degree
Requires Fifteen (15) years of experience with Process Improvement on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity. Experience is to include, within the past ten (10) years, five (5) years' experience in facilitation, training, methodology development and evaluation, process engineering across all phases of acquisition identifying best practices, change management, business management techniques, organizational development, activity and data modeling, or information system development methods and practices
Knowledge of process engineering, operational procedures, and workflows/requirements analysis
Experience in documenting processes and process improvement
Experience in SharePoint, Confluence, and documentation management
Position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
Preferred
Experience in gathering functional requirements
Experience in Cybersecurity domain is a plus
Ability to communicate with other government and contract stakeholders
Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
