Responsibilities
Organize and improve lead flow and follow-up processes
Ensure marketing and sales are aligned on how leads are handled
Establish clear, reliable systems that support ongoing campaigns
Maintain lead organization and follow-up consistency
Support email, text, and campaign execution
Execute and monitor paid advertising campaigns
Support social media scheduling and campaign coordination
Assist with website updates, landing pages, and forms
Support launches, promotions, and ongoing marketing initiatives
Track performance and flag areas for improvement
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience using HubSpot for lead management, workflows, and reporting
Experience executing and monitoring paid advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, or similar platforms)
Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, shared permissions, and backend organization)
1–3 years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, or a related role
Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
Familiar with digital marketing, lead follow-up, and campaign execution
Preferred
Experience supporting social media or website updates
Familiarity with landing pages, forms, or basic CMS tools
Basic creative skills using Canva or Adobe products
Experience in home building, real estate, or a related industry
