MRO Customer Service Representative (Onsite)
RTX is a leader in aerospace and defense, and they are seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage global airline nacelle repair needs. The role involves providing customer support, processing orders, and coordinating with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Work directly with Airlines, Airline Maintenance and Repair Overhaul (MRO) facilities, & Brokers, providing customer support for aftermarket repair orders
Communicate with customers by telephone or electronically to provide information about organization products and services, manage customer accounts, and address customer concerns
Process customer orders and quotes in accordance with Standard Work procedures
Promote products/services to ensure business targets are met
Provide after-sales support for client contracts to ensure customers satisfaction
Coordinate with operations, shipping, and inventory warehouse to expedite or trace shipments
Perform duties related to overall customer service and account management
Consistently document customer service needs to identify patterns and maintain quality
Provide periodic reports to management and be responsible for leading real time problem resolution activities
Qualification
Required
Typically requires a university degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience in customer service OR an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in customer service
Preferred
Manufacturing processes experience
Ability to read engineering drawings
Experience with account management, business processes, distribution, high profile customer support, leading teams
Microsoft Office applications including use of Access & PowerPoint
Leading Kaizen/Continuous Improvement activities
Working knowledge of SAP or equivalent business system
Experience with Power BI and CRM a plus
