People Operations Specialist

The People Operations Specialist manages core talent and people operations processes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring efficient hiring and employee transitions while enhancing the candidate and employee experience.

Responsibilities
Partner with leadership and managers to define role requirements and hiring timelines
Manage all logistics related to interview scheduling from request through completion
Draft, post, and manage multiple job postings across approved platforms
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview processes
Schedule and conduct follow-on interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in applicant tracking and scheduling systems to support candidate evaluation, scoring, and hiring decisions
Serve as a candidate-facing representative throughout the interview process and ensure a positive and professional experience
Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, scheduling efficiency, and candidate experience
Prepare onboarding schedules, materials, and required documentation
Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding coordination and ongoing training logistics
Coordinate employee training schedules, sessions, and performance reviews
Maintain training records and documentation tracking the completion of required training courses
Coordinate employee offboarding processes and timelines
Manage offboarding documentation and exit logistics
Ensure all required offboarding steps are completed
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting, or people operations
Experience supporting hiring, interview scheduling, onboarding, and training coordination
Strong organizational, scheduling, and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience working in a growing, fast-paced, or mission-driven organization
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, project management tools, and interview scheduling tools
Experience coordinating employee training or professional development
Experience supporting multiple stakeholders and hiring managers
