Design and develop high-performance microservices using MongoDB as the primary data store
Optimize schemas, queries, indexing, and aggregation pipelines
Use MongoDB Compass and mongosh for performance tuning and troubleshooting
Integrate MongoDB with microservices using official drivers (Java, Node.js, Python)
Ensure data security, scalability, and high availability in distributed systems
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience with MongoDB in production environments
Strong microservices architecture and REST/API design experience
Hands-on expertise with MongoDB Compass, mongosh, and performance optimization
Proficiency in at least one official MongoDB driver: Java, Node.js, or Python
