Mid LevelAxiom Global Technologies is seeking a GTS-FTZ (Foreign Trade Zone) Specialist to manage and support FTZ processes within Global Trade Services. The role involves ensuring compliance with U.S. Customs regulations while optimizing duty savings and inventory control.

Responsibilities
Configure, implement, and support FTZ processes within GTS, including admissions, removals, transfers, zone-to-zone movements, and exports
Ensure compliance with CBP regulations and FTZ requirements, including recordkeeping, audit readiness, and regulatory reporting
Manage FTZ inventory tracking, reconciliations, and zone status changes (privileged vs non-privileged foreign status)
Support weekly entry summaries , duty deferral, duty elimination, and inverted tariff benefits
Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, and customs teams to resolve FTZ-related operational issues
Prepare and validate FTZ reports, filings, and documentation for internal and external audits
Work with IT and integration teams to support data flows between ERP, WMS, and GTS systems
Assist with system testing (SIT/UAT), enhancements, upgrades, and production support
Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing process improvements for FTZ operations
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) regulations and U.S. customs compliance
Hands-on experience with GTS-FTZ processes (SAP GTS preferred)
Understanding of customs concepts such as HTS classification, valuation, country of origin, and duty calculation
Experience with FTZ inventory control, admissions, removals, and reconciliation processes
Ability to analyze trade and inventory data and resolve discrepancies
Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred
Experience with SAP GTS (Compliance Management / Customs Management / FTZ)
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP ECC or S/4HANA)
Exposure to WMS integrations and third-party customs brokers
Experience supporting audits and regulatory reviews
SAP GTS or Trade Compliance certifications
