Senior Supply Logistics/ Analyst
deciBel Research, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Senior Supply Logistics Analyst. The role involves ensuring the provisioning requirements of the Ground Weapons System program are met by collaborating with various teams to develop logistics Product Data and supporting the Integrated Logistics Support team.

Responsibilities
Ensure the program's provisioning requirements are being addressed and accomplished
Work with other ILS personnel, Configuration Management, Systems Engineering, Technical Publications teams, and Government Provisioner's to develop logistics Product Data (LPD)
Understand the various aspects of provisioning, engineering technical drawings, and maintenance concepts in order to support the ILS team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience (e.g., Associate degree with 4 years of related experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 6 years of relevant experience)
2+ years of experience in supply chain management, inventory control, logistics, or a similar function supporting depot-level operations
Proven experience working with inventory management systems, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software, or logistics management tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Familiarity with supply chain management principles, stock control, and material handling processes
Ability to interpret and analyze data related to inventory levels, demand planning, and material usage
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members, supervisors, and external suppliers
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds for physical inventory handling
Applicant selected must have an active Secret security clearance
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Preferred
3 or more years of experience in a depot, government logistics, or defense contractor supply chain environment
Familiarity with MIL-STD (military standards) and/or DoD supply support policies
APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
Logistics-related certifications (e.g., DoD Fundamentals of Total Asset Visibility)
Experience with SQL, SAP, Oracle, or other inventory and logistics management systems
Knowledge of predictive analytics or demand forecasting
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Previous success in collaborating across multidisciplinary teams
