They are seeking a motivated Assembly Technician to join their Logistics and Distribution team in Atlanta, GA, responsible for building and repairing solar panels essential to their crime prevention technology.

Responsibilities
Build finished goods that are essential to the Field Operations team
Help produce solar panels that are critical infrastructure for crime prevention technology
Support all areas of the Warehouse including merchandise handling, receiving, shipping, packaging, and handling of cardboard and waste for team efficiency as needed
Qualification
Required
Familiarity with operating pallet jacks and forklifts, with proper certification and training
1+ year of experience in a warehouse or retail environment
Proven experience in material assembly or a related field
Proficiency in using basic hand tools and power tools
Must have a basic knowledge of Word, Google sheets, Sales Force experience is preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions
Good physical stamina and manual dexterity to handle tools and equipment for extended periods
Solid understanding of safety protocols and the ability to adhere to them consistently
Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Physically capable of performing receiving and material handling activities
Ability to bend and lift up to 40 lbs
Ability to meet or exceed attendance requirements, providing reliable and predictable attendance
Sets practical work goals, establishes priorities, and produces quality work
