Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the enterprise security architecture, aligning with organizational goals and regulatory requirements
Design and consult on security solutions for cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), OT, and SaaS, and AI platforms ensuring data protection and compliance
Collaborate with IT and business units to integrate security into system development lifecycles
Lead incident response and forensic investigations related to security breaches
Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies
Provide expert guidance and training to junior security team members
Be a trusted advisor to the other Molex Technology teams and our business partners
Be an PBM culture carrier and advocate in your daily interactions and work
Qualification
Required
Direct 8+ years of experience designing IAM technologies and services: + Amazon Web Service (AWS) IAM, Okta, Ping, Azure AD/MS, etc
Strong working knowledge of IT service management (e.g., ITIL-related disciplines): + Experience with data loss prevention products + Experience working with and securing endpoints + Experience with major IaaS/PaaS providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) + Understanding of database functionality and security + Knowledge of data privacy laws including but not limited to GDPR and CCPA + Knowledge of AI and LLM use and theory + Develop and maintain the enterprise security architecture, aligning with organizational goals and regulatory requirements
Knowledge of AI technologies, including understanding of machine learning concepts, AI-driven security tools, and the security implications of deploying AI within enterprise environments
Familiarity with regulatory and ethical considerations related to AI, such as data privacy and compliance with standards for AI governance and responsible use
Knowledge of Zero Trust theory and solutions
Experience in communicating and leading discussions regarding technical solutions or problems to varying levels of the organization
Preferred
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity or a related field
Experience implementing or managing CASB solutions (e.g., Netskope, Symantec, Bitglass)
ISC2's CISSP, ISACA's CISA and CISM, The Open Group's OpenCA, SANS GIAC
Cloud Security certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Experience in O365 Security
Familiarity with SABSA, NIST CSF, and TOGAF frameworks
Experience developing and implementing Security Programs, such as Data Protection, Vulnerability Management, Security Incident Response, Cloud Security, OT Security, PSIRT, DevSecOps or other related Security Programs
Experience implementing DLP solutions (e.g., Digital Guardian, Forcepoint, Symantec)
Securing solutions that rely on AI LLM's internally or customer facing
Implementation and or management of data classification solutions
