Responsibilities

Assign transcription tasks to transcribers and oversee timely submission of completed transcripts

Check in client audio files, troubleshoot upload issues, and facilitate the transfer of files to Box

Process paperwork submitted by digital reporters and uphold quality control standards

Manage a queue of time-sensitive tasks, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines

Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency

Utilize platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Adobe and other proprietary software for collaboration and workflow management
