Responsibilities
Coach teams on Scrum, Kanban, and Agile best practices to build delivery maturity
Lead sprint planning, release planning, retrospectives, and daily Agile ceremonies
Manage and maintain sprint and product backlogs with the Product Owner and stakeholders
Track velocity, burn-down, and other visual metrics to monitor team performance
Provide clear updates on schedules, budgets, risks, and mitigation strategies
Build productive stakeholder relationships and ensure transparent communication
Advise teams on using Azure DevOps (ADO) for performance tracking and analysis
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably working directly with clients through a full system development lifecycle
1+ years of experience in Agile Methodologies in the Scrum Master role
Certification: CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) certification
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred CS or Business Management) or equivalent experience is required
