Responsibilities
Manage project finances for 15-20 projects, working closely with Project Managers (PMs)
Use Microsoft Dynamics SL (formerly Solomon) for project setup, maintenance, and closure
Generate and deliver monthly customer invoices; resolve discrepancies
Handle month-end close processes, including journal entries and AR reconciliations
Conduct AR-related activities, including collections, monitoring aging reports, and managing payment discrepancies
Prepare financial reports, project profitability summaries, and ad-hoc financial analysis
Utilize SAP Concur for expense reporting (preferred experience)
Qualification
Required
3-7 years of experience in finance/accounting, with a focus on project accounting
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, billing, and accounts receivable
Experience with MS Office, advanced Excel skills
Ability to work with project management tools and generate accurate financial reports
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field (equivalent experience considered)
Strong written and verbal communication
Detail-oriented with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred
Utilize SAP Concur for expense reporting (preferred experience)
SAP Concur experience preferred
Knowledge of Oracle ERP is a plus
