Responsibilities
Assist with the development and implementation of health education and health promotion program activities
Support the mentor ladder initiative by facilitating mentorship opportunities for students at different educational levels
Collaborate with program coordinators and mentors to ensure the successful delivery of the HCOP program
Provide guidance and support to program participants, particularly those who identify as educationally or economically disadvantaged
Help create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for program participants
Assist with administrative tasks related to program coordination and evaluation
Collaborate with HCOP teams to understand the objectives and requirements of their community-based research projects
Qualification
Required
Education, Training, and/or related experience needed by the person to perform the job
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Passion for promoting diversity and inclusion in healthcare professions
Preferred
DO, PA, PharmD, MPH student, or related educational degree preferred
Preference given to candidates who identify as educationally or economically disadvantaged
