Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day Epic Radiant support and ticket resolution
Support radiology and imaging workflows in a production environment
Partner with clinical and technical teams to resolve issues and maintain system stability
Support Radiant and Lumens build, optimization, and project transition work
Collaborate with project teams during a period of team and scope changes
Participate in periodic onsite working sessions as needed
Qualification
Required
Epic Radiant certification (active or recently active)
Strong understanding of radiology and imaging workflows
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Prior health system or enterprise Epic experience
Preferred
Epic Radiant certification
Mammography and/or Interventional Radiology workflow experience
Prior experience supporting Radiant in a high-volume health system
Lumens experience (strongly preferred)
Experience working in consulting or project-based Epic environments
