Responsibilities

Design and maintain enterprise-scale data architectures, including lakehouse and data warehouse solutions
Architect and optimize data platforms using Snowflake, Redshift, and Delta Lake
Define and enforce data standards, governance frameworks, and best practices
Develop logical and physical data models to support analytics and reporting use cases
Partner with data engineers, BI teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions
Ensure data quality, performance, security, and cost optimization across platforms
Support modernization and migration initiatives from legacy data systems to cloud-based architectures
Document architecture designs, data flows, and technical standards

Required

Strong experience in Lakehouse and Data Warehouse architectures
Hands-on expertise with Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, and/or Delta Lake
Proficiency in data modeling (dimensional, relational, and analytical models)
Solid understanding of cloud data platforms and distributed data systems
Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and security best practices
Experience supporting analytics, reporting, and data engineering teams

Preferred

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Familiarity with ETL/ELT pipelines and orchestration tools
Understanding of real-time and batch data processing architectures
