Responsibilities
Reviewing service invoices for accuracy on materials and service performed and special requests
Partner with Accounting on batching invoices timely
Ordering and pulling parts for technician jobs
Contacting customers for scheduling parts jobs
Filing warranty claims
Receiving/scanning/uploading all warranty certificates
Involvement in extended labor warranties
Qualification
Required
2-5 years of work experience in an administrative/office role
Must have exceptional attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
Must be a self-starter and driven
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products
