Lead full‑cycle HR support for both sites
Partner with leaders on staffing, retention, and talent development
Support employees with onboarding, benefits, and day‑to‑day HR needs
Guide managers through performance conversations and org planning
Help drive training, compliance, and safety initiatives
Support change management, process improvements, and culture building
Plan employee events that make work feel more connected and fun
Qualification
Required
5+ years in an HR leadership or generalist role
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
Strong understanding of employment laws
Skilled communicator who builds trust at all levels
Comfortable coaching leaders and influencing decisions
Hands‑on with HR systems, data, and Microsoft Office
Creative recruiter with a collaborative mindset
