Responsibilities

Build and maintain Global Procurement internal communication channels (intranet, newsletters, updates, Viva Engage)
Provide communications counsel to leadership and external audiences
Manage Global Procurement Town Halls and onboarding communications
Track engagement metrics and optimize communication effectiveness
Support leadership presence for Chief Procurement Officer and enhance use of AI in communications

Required

Bachelor's in Communications or related field
10+ years of internal communications experience, ideally in pharma/biotech/healthcare
Strong strategic, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills
Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
Comfortable with change, high-pressure situations, and cross-timezone collaboration
Strategic and operational expertise with attention to detail
Change management and stakeholder influence
Creative, practical problem-solving
Experience in highly regulated industries

Preferred

Master's in Communications or related field
