Jackson James is an AI driven SaaS company that provides a CRM solution to financial services providers globally. They are seeking an experienced CRM Support Engineer to join their global support team, particularly to assist with the influx of US based clients.
Responsibilities
3+ years of application support experience
Experience supporting CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, Sage etc)
Strong troubleshooting & request management skills with a customer-first mindset
Experience working with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Remedy, Salesforce, Freshdesk) and SLAs
