Responsibilities
Recruit, schedule, coach, and performance‑manage an installation team; foster a safety‑first, customer‑first culture
Enforce installation standards and compliance
Monitor job cycle times, first‑time‑right %, callbacks, and installer productivity; publish weekly/monthly dashboards
Ensure readiness; coordinate with Field Service
Conduct regular team meetings and ongoing technical training; maintain technician certifications/licensing
Handle timekeeping accuracy, PTO approvals, and corrective action per policy
Qualification
Required
Prior leadership of 5+ field technicians in low‑voltage/security systems; strong planning under pressure
Working knowledge of intrusion, fire, access, video, and networking fundamentals
Valid driver's license; ability to pass background/drug screen; safe driving record
